Our seminar rooms available sizes:

Currently, we have 2 rooms available for your event:

Seminar Room 1 – about 310 sq ft

  • Can fit 40 people base on seminar style (no tables, only chairs), or
  • Can fit 22 people base on classroom style (with tables and chairs)

Seminar Room 2 – about 560 sq ft

  • Can fit 84 people base on seminar style (no tables, only chairs), or
  • Can fit 48 people base on classroom style (with tables and chairs)

Our seminar room rental rates:

We have 3 different slots for you to choose from:

Seminar room 1 (310 sq ft)

  • 8am to 12.30pm ($180 for weekdays, $260 for weekends and public holidays)
  • 1pm to 5.30pm ($180 for weekdays, $260 for weekends and public holidays)
  • 6pm to 10.30pm ($180 for weekdays, $260 for weekends and public holidays)

For full day booking (8am – 5.30pm OR 1pm – 10.30pm), the rates will be $324 for weekday, $468 for weekends and public holiday). It a 10% discount upfront!!

Seminar room 2 (560 sq ft)

  • 8am – 12.30pm ($240 for weekdays, $320 for weekends and public holidays)
  • 1pm – 5.30pm ($240 for weekdays, $320 for weekends and public holidays)
  • 6pm – 10.30pm ($240 for weekdays, $320 for weekends and public holidays)

For full day booking (8am – 5.30pm OR 1pm – 10.30pm), the rates will be $432 for weekday, $576 for weekends and public holiday). It a 10% discount upfront!!

  • Prices stated above is a nett amount. We do not charge GST and service charge.
  • There will be a 10% rebate (in credit terms) if you spend $1500 or more per month. You can use to off-set your next month booking.
  • For regulars, we will also be providing a locker for you.

Frequently asked questions on our seminar room rental

What are the various ways to travel down to International Plaza?
International Plaza is easily accessible via bus and MRT (right above Tanjong Pagar MRT). You can also drive here. For more details, click here: http://www.internationalplaza.sg/getting-there/

What if it rains, can I cancel my booking?
International Plaza is located right above Tanjong Pagar MRT. If it rains, your participants will not be affected as there is a shelter connecting from the MRT to International Plaza. Even the bus stops are sheltered too.

Once your booking is confirmed, you cannot cancel the booking else the rental fees paid will be forfeited.

Can I view the seminar rooms before booking it?
Yes, you can. Feel free to contact us to arrange a viewing.

Do you provide markers and flip chart for my presentation?
Yes, both markers and flip chart are available in the seminar room. We also have pens and paper for your participants.

Is there any hidden cost like admin fee or set up fee?
There are no hidden charges. We do not charge any admin fee, set up fee, GST or service fee.

I am conducting computer classes and I need fast and stable wifi. Are you able to support this?
Our seminar room offers 100mbps wifi connection. It can easily support 50 computers or more.

Are there any toilets near the seminar room?
The toilets are outside our seminar rooms.

Is there any water dispenser?
Yes, we have a hot and cold water dispenser in both the training rooms.

I am keen, how do I make payment?
You can make payment via cash, fund transfer or cheque payment.

I wish to rent your room on a regular basis, any additional discount?
We provide 10% discount for regulars. Please contact us for more details.
